Coaching Duration: 5 Months
The Practice Management Coaching Program will follow a structured schedule to provide comprehensive guidance and support for your practice. Our initial meeting will be a 2-hour session, either over the phone or via Zoom, where we will assess your practice's current situation. This session is crucial for understanding your specific needs and goals.
For the first two weeks following the initial assessment, we will have two coaching meetings per week, each lasting 1.5 hours. These sessions will allow us to dive deep into specific aspects of practice management, develop strategies, and work on implementation.
Starting from the third week onward, our coaching meetings will transition to a weekly frequency, with each session lasting 1 hour. This weekly check-in will help track progress, address any challenges, and fine-tune strategies as needed.
This schedule is designed to provide intensive coaching during the initial phase, allowing for a strong foundation in practice management. As we progress, the weekly meetings will help maintain momentum and ensure that your practice continues to thrive.
